- Non-commercial commission means that you use the artwork for non-profit purposes, such as: profile picture (avatar), social account header, wallpaper, gifts, personal prints, posts on social media, etc... with credit to @mindydc88 or a link to one of my public profiles.

- Private commissions mean that I won't publicize the art on my portfolio and keep it private from public sites. Private commissions request cost + 50% of the total commission price (including commercial fees if any).- Commercial commission is any use that directly or indirectly brings financial gain, such as: using the artwork for your brand (marketing, business purposes, etc...) or using it on social media/streaming platforms that are able to gain profit (Youtube/Twitch/etc).
Commission art for PNGtuber/VTuber characters used on streaming platforms counts as commercial use.- For commercial commission, please provide both visual and text references in the Commission Form. I do not accept commissions based on only text descriptions or unclear references (messy sketches, blurry details).- Deadlines are required for commercial commissions.- Commercial price rate varies depending on the purpose, profitability or scale of client's project (starting at x1.5 total price for creators/streamers use and x2 total price for advertisement/merch/prints, please contact me for further details).- Commercial clients can schedule/delay my post of the commission on my social accounts to a required timeframe.

- I work best when given artistic freedom to create an image based on the characters you provide and I am happy to match a scene or pose that you have in mind, please allow and expect some variations.
- I may use photo bashing and/or 3D base assets aid on my commissions if it fits according to my own discretion, but I won't ever use image generators (AI) as a base to paint over.• I WILL DRAW- Semi-real style, Anime style - cel-shade or soft-shade rendered- Merch, Game Illustrations, Game Assets, Music/Novel/Book Cover Illustrations, Promotion Arts- Fanart of real people or fictional characters, OC (Original Characters), D&D, Character Concepts/Character Sheets/Reference Sheets, Costume Design- Depicting minors/children characters in SFW/family-friendly situations.- Humans, Humanoids, Kemonomimi (Humanoid with animal features), Furries, Ferals, Anthros, Monsters, Creatures, Animals, Original Species- SFW, from R16/Ecchi and up- Couple, Solo, Monogamous, Polyamory, Group, ...- Any pairing such as BL (Male/Male), GL (Female/Female), BG (Male/Female), Heterosexual, Homosexual, Transgender, Intersex, LGBTQ+ content, Futanari/Shemale/Ladyboy, ...- OC x OC / Char x Char / OC x Char- Fantasy, Supernatural, Lovecraft,...- Mecha, mechanical features,...- Soft to Hardcore Gore/Thriller/Macabre/Violence (blood, viscera, body horror, wounds, ...)- Some fetishes

• I WILL NOT DRAW- Pedo / NSFW depiction of minors/children- Scat- Diapers- Hateful content- Drawings of real people in poor or controversial taste (racist caricatures, political cartoons, ...)- Trace or copy/mimic someone else's work (other than that, inspiration from trends, ideas, memes, ... are ok)- Anything I feel uncomfortable with

- Please provide detailed descriptions of what you want. References photos, design/character sheet (front/back view, clothes's pattern, weapon, etc.) are much needed. I will ask for an update if your entry brief doesn't have enough information to work on and I might charge more if then you can't provide me with any more details.- After receiving the payment, in 1-5 weeks I will send you rough sketch(es):
a) color sketch(es) or b) black and white sketches to show the value/big idea/composition (for complex artworks or commercial commissions). After clients have selected a black and white sketch, I will send them color sketch(es).- After the sketch is approved I will color render the commission in the next 2-26 weeks.- Please be patient. I will work as the order and deadlines, depending on the complexity. Please follow the Waitlist - Tracking - Clients' Reviews to check your commission status. If I need to extend the deadline, I will inform you beforehand.- Please do not rush me. Allow a couple of weeks for your commission to be completed. I say this only in case things should come up, such as health, family issues, work, the type of commission or complexity, order of commission, ... If anything like that occurs, I will inform you of any changes as soon as possible. I always want you to enjoy your purchase in the shortest amount of time, but sometimes things do happen that are out of my control.- If something is time-sensitive, such as a gift for a birthday or holiday,... please let me know. We can discuss a plan of action or I can announce to you beforehand whether I can take on the commission.- Non-commercial commission clients must give feedback within 3 days after every update email/text. On day 3, I will send a reminder in case you miss the previous message. After 3 days, I will continue to the next stage without waiting for approval to not cause any delay on the Commission List.
For commercial commissions, after 1-2 months, if there is no contact or reply to the sketch(es) or feedback when I update the project, then the contract is deemed obsolete and the contract will need to be renegotiated.

- Revisions/Fixes are taken in "batches". This means in each batch, any amount of feedback of that time needs to be made into a list and will count as "one edit time"/"one edit batch".
Please be sure that if you are requesting edits, you consolidate every change you want to one message, to avoid exceeding the amount of free edit batches provided. For example: A change to the hair and facial structure in one message would be one edit batch. A change to the hair, and then later after the hair edit is made, a change to facial structure is requested, would count as two. The reason for edit batches being important for me to work is that the back and forth between myself and a client is factored into the hourly wage for a commission. The closer I can get you to the final product you imagine, the better, so please don't be shy about requesting edits, just try to think hard on what you want changed, and list them all together.- Clients can be entitled to have 3 free batches of requesting to revision in the sketch stage and 2 free batches of requesting to fix minor details in the color render stage. After that revisions/fixes will be charged additional fee which is +10% commission price per batch.- Free revisions/fixes are limited to what was agreed upon in the commission form and minor changes. You can't change the description completely nor add significant details not included in the form previously (for example: pose change, outfit change, add a different background, etc).
Major fixes/Revisions the whole idea will be charged additional fee, starting at +10% commission price per batch, depending on complexity.- If I make a mistake or miss any detail from the description, I will offer to fix/add the detail free of charge, no matter how large or small, only if the detail(s) in question is clearly visible on the reference sheet or provided in the description.- After 6 months of owning your commission, the edit policy is voided and no more edits can be request to be made. One of the reason is I do not keep files with layer information after a certain number of months.- I may choose not to work with you in the future if, during the commission process, the amount of edits done exceeds reasonable standards.

- Commercial commission can be requested the deadline of delivering within 3-8 weeks.- For commercial commission, priority fee starts at + 25% of commission price, depending on the rush deadline (less than 3 weeks).- For non-commercial commission, the priority fee to skip the waitlist and set a deadline for the commission, starts at + 30% of commission price, depending on the time frame.- Please give me realistic deadlines, I can’t make a fully detailed artwork in less than a week.
Delays may arise depending on the following factors: order of commission slots, complexity, health, work, school, family issues, clients' payment issues, etc. I will notify my clients if the causes of the delays are from my side.

- All artworks or physical items produced from my artworks gained from me through giveaways, free requests, raffles, etc. are non-commercial by default. Commercial rights may be purchased later, the price must be discussed case-by-case.- Clients are not allowed to use my art for commercial use without my proven consent, written and signed agreement.- I retain my moral rights: the right to be acknowledged as the artist when the work is displayed in public, the right to stop others from claiming they created my works, and the right not to have my works subjected to derogatory treatment.- I retain all copyrights to the commissions, which include but are not limited to: the right to redistribute and reproduce (featuring in my profitable artbooks, editorials, etc with the client’s permission), or use the image as a sample for sales/self-promotion unless otherwise agreed upon. I won't resell/transfer the commissioned artworks' copyrights to any other third parties without the consent of the client.- I do not take credit for the ownership and design of the characters featured in the commission if they are not designed by me, those characters belong to their respective creators and/or IPs. For fanart, I am absolved from any legal responsibility if you decide to use said works for anything other than non-commercial use.- Unless otherwise stated, you are only purchasing the rights to the design, not the concept or species as a whole. I may create a special species base to sell designs on - by purchasing one of those designs, you only own the design of that particular character, not the entire concept of that species. You cannot turn it into a closed species of your own unless you are specifically purchasing the ownership of the entire concept/species.- Clients do not automatically get their copyright, what clients get is an implied copyright license from the artist to use the work for the purpose for which it was commissioned, unless otherwise agreed upon.
Therefore, clients can not redistribute, trace, alter, claim, copy, or edit the final artworks or sketches. Clients must always give credit to me as the artist when reposting or using any of my art. Clients who own products with only a non-commercial license will not be allowed to resell/transfer the ownership/copyright of the artwork to any other third party, not without my proven consent, written and signed agreement for each and every time. For products with a commercial license, when the client resells/transfers the copyright of the artwork, I still retain my moral rights, no one other than me is allowed to claim to be the creator of the original work.
Unless otherwise agreed upon.- Clients can not use the sketches I provide for any other purpose besides commissioning me, especially since it's prohibited to use any of my sketches to commission other artists without written agreement. I retain my moral rights and copyrights for all of the sketches that the clients do not choose, I own those sketches and I can redistribute, alter, trade them at my will - as long as it does not affect the client's intellectual property or copyrights of the concept/design.- Only the client of a piece of artwork may reupload the work they've received, and public re-posts should come with some form of watermark and/or resizing to avoid easy thievery.- Non-commercial clients are not allowed to remove my watermark/signature from the artwork unless otherwise agreed upon.- When doing a non-private commission I might tag the client on my social media. If you are uncomfortable with this, please inform me to post the artwork's client name as "anonymous".- DO NOT use any part of the commission orders or artworks from my galleries for non-fungible tokens (NFT), artificial intelligence image generators (AI), machine learning (ML), deep learning (DL) without my proven consent, written and signed agreement. In addition, the use of my artworks for any advertising or profits associated with NFT, blockchains, cryptocurrency, AI/ML/DL programs, or future inventions of the subject is strictly prohibited.
This also applies to works with a commercial license.
I won't work with AI-generated prompt art and won't accept any kind of reproduced art from me for AI. Under any circumstances, I will cancel your commission order immediately without a refund. This action will result in public blacklisting- If you are unsure about any usage of the commission, please ask me directly for permission.

- Any additional rules mentioned in the adoptable’s description are applicable.- In an adoptable auction, you must reply to the comment that I specify in the adoptable’s description (Normally “Bids here”).- Reply in a chain. This is to enable previous bidders to keep track of the bids.- If somebody writes AB (Autobuy), the bidder will get the adoption for the price stipulated on the adoptable’s description. If two persons write AB, the first one will get the adoptable.- For auctions, you are NOT allowed to retract your bid. On your first problematic transaction, you’ll receive a simple verbal warning. The next time you back down from the auction you will be blacklisted and refused the opportunity to bid in the future.
Please be certain before bidding, only bid if you are sure you can pay your bidding in time.- Bid retracting or editing your comment to make the bid lower are not allowed. Please, be sure before placing your bid.- Hiding your bid or have no response to the confirmation message in 24 hours will put you on blacklisted.- You have 24 hours to pay from the moment I accept your offer. If you fail to pay in time, the adopt will go to the second highest bid. If you think you won't be able to pay within 24 hours, please contact me as soon as possible. Excuses given after the deadline won't be taken into consideration.- Holds are allowed for Autobuy/AB option. I can hold one week maximum.- Pay only after I confirm your order. Any kind of payment I receive before this will be considered a donation and I will charge the payment again after confirming it.- No refunds in any case. All sales are final.- Please be wary of anyone selling a design by me that has an 'unsold' watermark on it and they cannot provide the unwatermarked file. If you are someone who bought an adopt from me and lost the unwatermarked/high resolution file, please message me with proof of purchase and I can provide the file to you. Please be wary of scams and people selling adoptable designs by me.
I am not responsible for your loss of money if you happen to buy one of my designs from a scammer who does not actually own said design.- I can post/display the adoptable character original concept artwork anywhere I want with proper credit as the owner of the character(s), I can promote myself with it in any place, offer the digital files on Patreon and similar sites, publish books with it. Unless discuss otherwise.- If I change my mind about selling a certain adoptable and no one has paid for it yet/it is not closed yet, I have the right to close the adoptable and claim the character as my own, whenever I wish to.


Co-owning:- When owning any design by me, I will not acknowledge co-owners. Designs can be shared, but one person must be acknowledged as the sole owner.


Product Quantity:- Each purchase, unless specified specifically on the sales post, is a single design for one character.- Twins may be created, ONLY if they are kept as a single design & owned by a single person. They cannot be sold or traded separately, unless they are purchased from me with commercial rights and the payment comes in full from one source, not divided payments between the co-owners.

Resales/Traded/Gifted:- Resales can be done with non-commercial license designs, and being able to resale does not equal owning a commercial license for the designs. Which means, the owner of a non-commercial license design can trade it, gift it, or resell it following the resale price terms below, but the first owner and every owner after that is not allowed to profit off my designs. In case they want to, they have to purchase additional commercial licenses from me, (starting price of the commercial license is equal to the original design adoption price, excluding the value of any attached products that have been listed in the terms below).- The terms about resale-price below will be applied to any future owners who also wish to resell the design.- Clients who own products with only a non-commercial license will not be allowed to resell/transfer the ownership/copyright of the artwork to any other third party, not without my proven consent, written and signed agreement for each and every time. For products with a commercial license, when the client resells/transfers the copyright of the artwork, I still retain my moral rights, no one other than me is allowed to claim to be the creator of the original work.
Unless otherwise agreed upon.- Resales must match the original purchase value of the adoption, with additives only for commissions purchased. You may resell the design for the same amount you purchased it for or less. (If you sell for more and break this rule, you will be blacklisted.)If you have any commissioned artwork, meaning artwork of said character/design that you paid for, you may resell the design for the additional cost of the commissioned artwork. Gift artwork, artwork you got for free in any way, or artwork you yourself have created, does not count, commissioned/paid artwork only. Do not calculate a trade resale's value based on anything but the adopt's original sale value + commercial license value + value of the commissioned artworks added which are based on my original design to create.- Designs received as gifts, received through trades, or received in a trade that did not include a monetary value/for money may also be resold, following terms above.
Please use extreme caution when gifting designs, and be sure that you would not be upset to have a gift sold.


Commercial rights/Usage policy:- Do not copy, trace or claim the original design as your own. I hold the rights to the original piece of artwork, and I retain credit as the original designer of the character (even if you make any minors changes, I still retain that credit as the original designer of the character).
However, you may published the original artwork on any platform, so long as you give the proper credit (a link back to my carrd website). Any artwork you create that is your own or your commission - meaning anything else that is not the original artwork, you still need to give credit for the original design.- Do not duplicate/edit the art with intent to sell the results as your own or as part of your own product.- All adopts are non-commercial by default. Commercial rights may be purchased later to all designs where the purchase of commercial rights is made available in the original sales post, which will be specially noted. Commercial fee can be starting from double the price of the adopt, discussing case-by-case.Personal rights encompasses all products made for personal use, and not for profit, including but not limited to: physical items such as charms and pins for personal collection, comics free to access and not licensed or published, and livestream assets for streams that are NOT monetized in any way. You can use the adopt in a roleplay group/forums with proper credit.Without commercial rights purchased, you are not allowed to use my art of the design for profit in any way, including, but not limited to: resale the product for a price higher than the purchased price, make profit off commissioned artworks base on my design created by other artists, or profit off of your own art of the design, include my designs in games/comics/videos and other mass media consumed materials for profit, make the design into a fursuit, plush or other physical product and sell it, merchandise, games, streams, comics, animation, using it as a mascot or face of a commercial project or logo, including the art in a book/resource pack with intent to sell,- Commercial rights are only available for purchase with designs outside of my Closed Species.


Prohibited Content:- Publicized art of my designs that include poor taste subjects such as: sexual artwork with children/minors, hate speech & racism in any real world context Will NOT be tolerated, and you will be warned.- Dont use my art/designs to promote bigotry (having racist/bigots villains is fine as long as it's clear it's a bad thing). While most things are allowed with the design, such as giving names, backstories, age to establish them as a character, the buyer is not allowed to use my designs to spread hateful or offensive and morally wrong messages.- DO NOT CHANGE THE GENDER unless I give my written permission.


DTA, WTA, OTA- DTA: draw to adopt - WTA: write to adopt (can be understand as trade)
- OTA: offer to adopt (points, money, art, etc…)- For the adoptions fall in one of the categories above, if you deactivate your account without warning, I have the right to reclaim any/all free characters that I have created for you. This does not include paid adopts, customs, design commissions, or any character that you have fully paid for.

- All edits to designs by me and/or within my closed species must be run by me for confirmation.- Do not ever delete the original adopt, even if you edit it. Further edits will always be based on the original when considered for approval.- You are allowed to make alter versions on top of my original artwork, with proper credit toward myself for the original art, and the artist who makes the edits for the alter versions. You can commission other artists to design new costumes/skins for the character I concept designed after adoption.
The changes to the design in new alter versions can be made however you see fit, including (but not limited to) changing things like re-coloring, clothing, body shape, or adding things like scars/tattoos/piercings, cropping and cutting for any kind of animation purpose.
DO NOT CHANGE THE GENDER, SEXUAL ORIENTATION unless I give my written permission.- Any edits with the intention of spreading hateful messages or harming other people/animals/... is strictly prohibited..- DO NOT use any part of the commission orders or artworks from my galleries for non-fungible tokens (NFT), artificial intelligence image generators (AI), machine learning (ML), deep learning (DL) without my proven consent, written and signed agreement. In addition, the use of my artworks for any advertising or profits associated with NFT, blockchains, cryptocurrency, AI/ML/DL programs, or future inventions of the subject is strictly prohibited. This action will result in public blacklisting- You are allowed to create alternate forms/change species of a character provided you have the permission of other artists / species owners involved, and as long as each form is still kept with the original design.

You shall not be granted a commercial license to the said edited versions/forms, unless you have purchased a commercial license from me for the original work.

- Do not edit my original artworks. You do not have permission to alter the image in any way or have someone alter the original artworks for you. This includes coloring, sketches, or lines. Please mention in your request if you intend on wanting to alter the original artworks and having further discussions.- Always give credit to me when using my commissioned artworks for any purpose.

- Can get USD payment via: p@yp4l, p@y0n33r, tr@nsf3rwjs3, k0-fj, w3st3rn unj0n, ...- Can get VND payment via: bank transfer, m0m0,...- I am not responsible for any mistakes that are made on your part over the course of the transaction.- I will initiate the invoice after confirming your order to avoid accidental transactions. Do not send me any kind of payment until I have confirmed I can accept your brief and have asked for payment. Failure to comply will result in refund and potential cancellation of your commission.- The client must provide an email for a P@yp4l Invoice. Payment is done through invoices only unless taking tips, donations,... or the description specifically states otherwise or we mutually agree on a different way.- I will not take payments in any site's currencies such as deviantArt points, even if those currencies have monetary value.- I do not accept payment from shared P@yp4l accounts.- All invoices are due within 48 hours unless discussed otherwise. Invoices past the due date will be canceled, and the commissions associated with them are also canceled. Please contact me if there are any delays or issues preventing payment. Repeated counts of commissioning a project and failing to pay in time will result in blacklisting.- Commission paid earlier will be prioritized in the waitlist. Normally, you don't have to pay in advance to get on the waitlist. If there are special times when a partial payment is required to get on the waitlist, I will clearly announce it in the selling post.
When I'm ready to make your request, I'll announce to you that I have accepted the request. If then, you still want to process the commission, I'll be sending out an invoice if available and waiting for the payment. I will remove your name from the waitlist if you don't respond or cannot complete your payment within 72 hours. Repeating this action will result in blacklisting.- You can choose to do 100% upfront payment invoice to avoid excess fees on P@yp4l.
Payment plan:- Payment plans are available for eligible orders from USD $150 and up. Each payment plan must be negotiated and agreed upon before the commission is even accepted.- All payment plans start at a minimum upfront deposit charge of 30% of the total commission price, no exceptions.


- Payment plan will normally be split by milestones as below (3 separate payments at maximum):(1) 30% upfront deposit in 48 hours after I've approved your commission and send you an invoice, to register the payment plan.(2) 20% in 48 hours after viewing the final sketch(es) - normally within next 1-5 weeks.(3) 50% after approving the sketch(es), to finish the commission from sketch(es). A maximum of 6 months is allowed for a payment plan, so this part must be paid within this period of time, counting from the day I've approved your commission and send you an invoice. I will only start working on the color rendering stage after receiving 100% of the full price of a commission.


- All the files will be delivered only after the full payment is completed.- If I finish the commission before a payment plan is complete, I will withhold access to the artwork until full payment is received.- I will not message you to keep up with payments. Clients are responsible for paying the payment plan on time.- If a payment will be late, please notify me before the due date has passed. A missed payment with no notification that is not paid within 48 hours from the due date will result in termination of the commission. Failure to complete payments on time multiple times will result in termination of the commission, will not get any refund, will no longer allowed to get any more payment plan in the future and potential blacklisting..

- Full refund = The net amount after minus the transaction fees on my business account. The refund will be processed within two weeks from the day you issue it.Full refund can be requested via email before I start working on the commission.Strictly NO full-refund request once I've started working on the sketch (after 3 days from the day I've received the initial payment). Disliking my commission artworks or having a change of mind is not considered for a full-refund.




In the case you paid FULLY UPFRONT:+ Within 3 days from the day I've received the full amount, if you request a cancelation, I can approve a full-refund, which is 100% of the total commission price, net amount after minus the transaction fees on my business account.+ After that which is the time I've started working on the sketch, if you request a cancelation before you have received any actual sketch(es) from me, I can give you a 85% refund of the total commission price, net amount after minus the transaction fees on my business account.+ After you have received any of the sketch(es), if you request a cancelation, I can give you a 50% of the total commission price, net amount after minus the transaction fees on my business account.You will have non-commercial rights to the sketch(es) that I have provided, which means you can commission another artist to carry the work from my sketch(es) but you can't make profits off my sketch(es). Otherwise, commercial rights fees must be discussed case-by-case.+ Strictly no refund after you have approved the sketch(es), which is the time I've started working on the rendering stage. This action might also result in blacklisting. If you are not blacklisted yet, once you request a cancelation you can have non-commercial rights to only the sketch(es) that I have provided, which means you can commission another artist to carry the work from my sketch(es) but you can't make profits off my sketch(es), otherwise, commercial rights fees must be discussed case-by-case; but at the same time, I'll take back all rights to any the rendering-in-process photos I provide under any circumstances unless discussed otherwise.




In the case you signed up for a PAYMENT PLAN:+ Within 3 days from the day I've received the deposit, if you request a cancelation, I can approve a full-refund of the deposit, which is 30% of the total commission price, net amount after minus the transaction fees on my business account.+ After that which is the time I've started working on the sketch, if you request a cancelation before you have received any actual sketch(es) from me, I can give you a 50% refund of the deposit - which is 15% of the total commission price, net amount after minus the transaction fees on my business account.+ After you have received any of the sketch(es), the deposit is now non-refundable:
➔ If you wish to have non-commercial rights to the sketch(es) that I have provided, which means you can commission another artist to carry the work from my sketch(es) but you can't make profits off my sketch(es), you must complete another payment of 20% of the total commission price.
Otherwise, commercial rights fees must be discussed case-by-case.
➔ If you don't want to make a payment for the sketch(es), I'll take back all rights to the unfinished commission (it means you can not use the sketches and progress photos I provide under any circumstances). This action might also result in blacklisting.+ Strictly no refund after you have approved the sketch(es) and fully complete all of the payment plan transactions, which is the time I've started working on the rendering stage. This action might also result in blacklisting. If you are not blacklisted yet, once you request a cancelation you can have non-commercial rights to only the sketch(es) that I have provided, which means you can commission another artist to carry the work from my sketch(es) but you can't make profits off my sketch(es), otherwise, commercial rights fees must be discussed case-by-case; but at the same time, I'll take back all rights to any the rendering-in-process photos I provide under any circumstances unless discussed otherwise.




- If I find myself incapable of finishing the commission in time for any reason, at any point of the commission process, I will give a full refund (including the deposit if I have received it) and take back all rights to the unfinished commission (it means you can not use the sketches and progress photos I provide under any circumstances unless discussed otherwise) - regardless of how far down process has the commission gone.
The sketch for said commission may be resold as a YCH auction. Your character will NOT be used in the resulting commission. I do not own your character(s), and any work beyond the sketch phase will be scrapped.- DO NOT file chargebacks under any circumstances. Please always contact me first to resolve any issue. I do not accept refunds when the commission has been done.
If you file a chargeback against me, your right to everything I have ever made/created for you will be retracted. I then hold the right to sell the copyrighted artwork to new buyers. Should this occur, you will be forbidden from ever commissioning me again, adopting anything from me, or owning any adoptable design created by me. Your name will be posted publicly for all to see as a warning. I also hold the right to file a complaint, and I also have all the right to the money you have given me.You will be added to my public Blacklist.- The buyer must be the cardholder of the card that is linked to P@yp4l or any kind of account that they are paying with or they were written authorized to make the payment by the cardholder. If, by any chance, I receive a chargeback because the purchase was not made by the cardholder or authorized by the cardholder, I take no responsibility for it. It is not my responsibility to make sure the buyer is the cardholder or where authorized by them. Also, I take no responsibility if the buyer turns out to be a child/minor who used their parent’s/guardian’s/any family member’s P@yp4l or any kind of account to purchase without the proper consent.- For commercial commissions, after 1-2 months, if there is no contact or reply to the sketch(es) or feedback when I update the project, then the contract is deemed obsolete and the contract will need to be renegotiated.

- Violations to one of these Terms of Service Agreements will be added to my blacklist.- If you fail to follow any of the rules provided here and on the commission information sheet/adopt page, then I have the right to decline your purchase.- These punishment rules are only in here from past experience. Most people are lovely and wonderful clients, but some are just bad.

Punishments rules:Minor offense: (ex: not asking permission before reposting, failing to link back to the original post 2 times, giving away/selling a character/artwork without notifying me, etc) ➔ The user will be sent a stern warning, and I will expect that whatever issues here are will be fixed within 48 hours.Moderate offense: (ex: repeated minor offenses, claiming design/art as your own, refusing to credit, deactivating your account without warning,etc) ➔ The user will be blocked and privately blacklisted. I will most likely tell other artists about whatever issues/problems have occurred so that they may avoid this user.Extreme offense: (ex: reselling artwork for a higher price, tracing/making poses/bases, selling said poses/bases, threatening or having ill behavior towards me, rude talk, harassment, etc) ➔ The user will be publicly blacklisted probably with a full list of offenses, they will be blocked, and may not receive a refund at all. Please communicate in a clear and sympathetic manner, and I have the right to cancel your commission or adopt purchase because of ill behaviors.Special cases:- Depending on different situations, some person may get their art or sketch(es) before the price is completely paid off (ex: choose to pay for a large piece in installments, receive sketch(es) in a payment plan and don't want to pay for the rights but still use it in any ways, etc)
Ceasing payment after receiving art is an extreme offense and will be treated as such.
I will also report whoever does something like this to whatever authority is needed.- Threatening me in any way in order to have your commission bumped to the top of the wait-list or to-do list will result in being blacklisted from future commissions, no refund and no finished commission from me.- Threatening me in any way in order to have your free request/giveaway request bumped to the top of the wait-list or to-do list, or rush me to finish it faster will result in being blacklisted from future commissions, cancelation of the free slot and receive no finished artworks from me.


Public blacklist rules:- I'm not obligated to explain publicly in detail why each of these people are put on my blacklist.- Anyone on my blacklist is not allowed to own or purchase any more of my designs/illustrations in the future from the moment they are added, and that includes ones that they received in trade/gift situations.
If you are caught aiding one of those persons on my blacklist, then you too will be added and will not be allowed to own or purchase any more of my designs/illustrations in the future from the moment you are added, including ones that you received in trade/gift situations.- All known usernames will be listed.

The more you offfer, the more detailed/high quality the piece will be. Please understand that while my prices seem high, I don't make that much.Most clients use P@yp4l and asking them to cover the fees goes against P's TOS and could result in getting banned, also I don't live in the States, so the basic fees I have to cover are:
- international commercial transaction: 4.4% + fixed fee based on currency received ($0.30 for USD)
- currency conversion: 3%
- withdrawal to the local bank: approx $2.4 each time
Also, commission platforms fee that could ensure clients' protection would be between 5% to 40% depending on which platform.-> That could be easily at least 13% and at most 50% from each gig for finance fees only. Not to mention taxes and so many other payments I have to make to maintain the business (software subscription, equipment maintenance, education, health care,...)
As an artist I also need basic needs to be met like food and electricity, let alone at the moment I could barely put out price tags that honor the base of hard work and professional knowledge/experiences i put in each time i breathe life into clients' ideas.It would be greatly appreciated if people could understand and respect this serious matter.
